After several postponements, HB 277 directing the Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) to initiate steps to designate a Western Bypass Corridor will be heard by House Appropriations Transportation Subcommittee Friday afternoon, February 12th.
Three of the subcommittee's seven members (Delegates Joe May, Scott Lingamfelter, and Jim Scott) are from Northern Virginia.
